Refund Conditions

A refund may be considered only under the following situations:

• Payment Successful but Service Not Activated: The payment was completed, but the purchased service or plan was not activated on the employer’s account.
• Confirmed Technical Errors: A technical issue occurred that has been officially verified and confirmed by the WorkHai technical support team.

Refund Process

• Request Timeline: Refund requests must be sent to the official WorkHai support email address within 7 working days from the date of payment.
• Management Discretion: All refund requests are reviewed, and the final decision rests solely at the discretion of WorkHai management.
• Refund Credit Timeline: Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the customer’s bank account within 5–6 working days.
