• Non-Commercial Use: The platform is intended for personal job search only. Scraping data, reselling information, or providing competing services is strictly prohibited.

3. Employer / Recruiter Terms

• Verification: Employer accounts may be verified. Recruiters must provide genuine and lawful business details.
• No Refund Policy: Premium services or paid plans are generally non-refundable. Any concerns may be raised with the WorkHai support team.
• Prohibited Postings: Placement agencies or consultancies may be restricted from posting free jobs and must use designated employer plans.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing affiliations.
• Platform Misuse: Attempting to bypass security, using bots, scraping data, or overloading the platform infrastructure.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

• No Guarantee: WorkHai does not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.
• Third-Party Content: Most content is user-generated. WorkHai is not responsible for the accuracy or conduct of employers or jobseekers. Users are advised to verify employer legitimacy independently.
• Service Suspension: WorkHai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms without prior notice.

6. Privacy and Communication

• Consent: Using the platform implies consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Communication: You agree to receive electronic communications such as emails, OTPs, alerts, and notifications related to platform services.
